Brattle manufactures a system of components for ease of assembly and design. They are primarily made of cedar, cupressaceous, including western red, pacific yellow and eastern white. Cedar is one of the most naturally decay resistant species of wood. Above ground cedar will last indefinitely as long as it is periodically re-stained or painted. Cedar ground posts will endure best in well-drained soil and are known to last over 15 years. Brattle also used bent hardwood for curves.

Arbors can be used to highlight an entrance, or as a foca point in the garden. They can be long and cover a walkway, wide for easy access, or a simple arch over a gate. They make a perfect structure for growing vines or flowers.
Brattle products receive two coats of Benjamin Moore solid latex stain, either white or Tarrytown green. Brattle joinery is secured with either galvanized fasteners and/or marine epoxy.

Brattle flower boxes are an elegant  way to enhance the natural beauty of your flowering plants and patio setting. By adding  optional trellis and lattice work, you can accent  your outdoor living area with climbing roses and perennials.
