damage caused by improper application, installation, or use;
abuse; accident; alteration; negligence; or acts of God. There
are no other express warranties except as stated herein. This
warranty is issued to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The enclosed postcard must be returned within 30 days to register
this warranty with Jerith. |

| If the product should fail to conform
with this warranty, Jerithshall repair or replace the defective
parts at its discretion. The purchaser shall provide Jerith
with written notice of the failure, along with proof of purchase,
and the nature of the defect. Jerithreserves the right to
inspect the material at its plant to determine the validity
of a claim. If it is valid, the removal and re-installation
costs of the materials are the responsibility of the purchaser. |

the rust of traditional wrought iron fence. Their HS-35
alloy has a minimum yield strength of 35,000 pounds per
square inch (psi), which is significantly higher then the
25,000-33-000 psi strength found in many steel fences. Even
more impressive is Jerith Aluminum Fence's advantage over
other aluminum fence, which has yield strength of only 16,000-25,000
psi.
Every post and rail in Jerith aluminum fences
is extruded from their exclusive HS-35 Alloy. While some
aluminum fence manufactures claim to use similar alloy,
they seldom use it in both their post and rails. In addition,
Jerith aluminum fence is the only manufacture that uses
a high strength alloy in it pickets as well. They are over
50% stronger than other aluminum fences. We don't cut corners
